Compeer Financial serves farmers, agribusinesses, and rural communities across the Midwest. The opportunity was to strengthen the brand's position as more than a lender by communicating the relationships, values, and shared commitment that make Compeer a trusted partner in agriculture.
Working alongside Bader Rutter's creative team, I helped shape the campaign narrative and visual direction. By visiting farms, talking with farmers, and experiencing rural life firsthand, we uncovered stories of resilience, determination, and growth that became the foundation of the work.
The experience reinforced a simple truth: trust is built through relationships. That understanding shaped a storytelling platform rooted in real people, real experiences, and the communities Compeer serves.
The campaign came to life through Goal Getters, a documentary-style storytelling platform that elevated authentic voices and lived experiences. By focusing on the people behind the work, the campaign strengthened Compeer's connection with its audience and reinforced its role as a trusted partner in farming futures.
