Compeer Financial
“Why Compeer” Campaign
Role
Freelance Senior Art Director — Partnered with Bader Rutter’s creative team to concept and shape the campaign narrative and visual direction, ensuring authenticity and emotional resonance across storytelling and production.
Challenge
Compeer needed to assert its identity among rural and agricultural audiences — not just as a lender, but as a trusted partner in farming futures. The brief: bring authenticity, credibility, and human connection to a campaign rooted in community.
Approach
Grounded the campaign in real farmer interviews that revealed honest stories of challenge, growth, and perseverance. Framed the creative around genuine connections — familiar faces, trusted relationships, and the shared spirit that defines rural communities. Developed storyboards, styleboards, and production direction to capture those lived-in moments and portray Compeer as a steady, human presence through every season of farm life.
Result
Brought the campaign theme to life with Goal Getters, a video that resonates with integrity and trust. Repositioned Compeer as more than a bank — as a partner that stands by farmers. The work reinforced Compeer’s credibility in its market, strengthened emotional ties with rural audiences, and gave the brand a more human face.
